Now that’s a good start to the morning
Sausage Gravy & Biscuits
- 1 (12-oz.) pkg. Farmland® Pork Sausage Links - Original
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 (12-oz.) can evaporated milk
- ½ cup 2% milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 buttermilk biscuits warm
- In medium skillet, brown sausage over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Break links into small pieces with spatula while cooking.
- Reduce heat to medium, stir in flour. Cook and stir 2 minutes.
- Slowly whisk in evaporated milk and 2% milk. Continue cooking and stirring until desired thickness. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve gravy over warm biscuits.
